A pepper square venture, nanomaya is founded and edited by Jyothi Kiran. She has been in the media business for over 15 years serving a wide spectrum of media including IT, business, education, health and entertainment industries.

What’s in a name?

Maya means illusion in Sanskrit. We are so caught up in focusing on the big things in life that we forget to ask small questions. Questions for most of which there are no answers yet, inspite of all the progress of science and mankind.

We are here to break that spell. That’s what nanomaya is all about.

In the quest to figure out what is it that makes the world go round, scientists, philosophers, psychologists, doctors, engineers, researchers, students and everybody has come together trying to unearth nature’s most elusive secrets, whether it is in probing the origin of the universe, or using stem cells to rejuvenate life.

And as byproducts of this search, a lot of exciting things are happening as in manufacturing new materials, new products, new discoveries, new politics, new laws and new games and new ways of looking at this world and our life in general are beginning to emerge.

Different people, different theories, different epochs, different trends of thought, and this is the place to discourse them all, and this is the place to journey and experience the bio rhythm of the world even as it is being played out- with man, materials, mind and matter. And there are no limits except those which our minds have set.
